A 5-Page Website That Turned 20 Years of Experience Into New Leads
Majestic Insurance needed a simple, elegant website that made it effortless for leads to reach out and request a quote. We built it around the one thing that set the agency apart — nearly two decades of trusted experience.
Challenge
Her experience was her biggest asset, and it wasn't showing up anywhere online.
Solution
A focused 4–5 page site built around her expertise, with a frictionless path to contact and quote requests.
Result
New leads within the first month, and a partnership that's continued for 5+ years.

The Challenge
Lisa Walker reached out looking for something simple: a clean, elegant website — 4 to 5 pages — that made it easy for potential clients to get in touch and request a quote.
Lisa had built close to 20 years of experience as an independent agent, serving clients across Muskegon County, Michigan, and licensed more broadly across Florida. But none of that showed up online. Visitors landing on her old digital presence had no clear sense of who she was, why she was different, or how to reach her. The experience that should have been closing deals for her was invisible.
Our Approach
01
Discover
We started by understanding Lisa's business, her market, and what a first-time visitor actually needed to see to trust her enough to reach out.
02
Strategize — Copy First
Before any design work began, we wrote the site's copy and shared it with Lisa via Google Doc for review. The goal was simple: make her experience the center of the story. It took 2–3 days to get the language right, with a round of revisions to sharpen grammar, alignment, and tone until it sounded like her.
03
Build — Design & Development
Once the copy was approved, we moved into a Figma prototype so Lisa could see and approve the full site experience before a single line of code was written. For the platform, we chose WordPress — specifically because it gave Lisa the ability to edit content herself going forward without depending on us for every small change. The site was built, deployed to her GoDaddy hosting, and she was handed full admin access.
04
Grow — SEO & Lead Capture
At launch, we optimized the site for local search in Muskegon County, with a broader push for visibility across Florida, where Lisa is also licensed. We added live chat so no inbound lead would slip through unanswered, and installed Google Analytics so we could track real performance from day one.
The Results
New leads started coming in within the first month of launch. What started as a single project has become a 5+ year partnership, with the site continuing to evolve alongside her business.
“Web&Buzz has been with us for over five years, and our site has never stopped evolving with us. Quotes, claims, agent contact — it all just works, and that's what keeps our phone ringing.”

What's Next
A strong foundation is just the starting point. The next phase of growth for Majestic Insurance is already taking shape: dedicated pages for each individual coverage type, and a content strategy built to capture the searches those specific coverages generate. It's the natural next chapter for a site that's already proven it can convert — and one we're excited to build next.
